This is where I think out loud over time.

I write essays as a way of exploring questions that don’t have quick answers—about meaningful work, creativity, right livelihood, simple living, mindfulness, community, and what it’s like to navigate the second half of life with honesty and care.

These pieces aren’t a curriculum or a program. They’re closer to a working notebook: reflections shaped by lived experience, conversation, and attention to what’s changing in the world and in ourselves.

You don’t need to read them in order. There’s no starting point and no finish line. You’re welcome to dip in wherever something catches your attention.

A living conversation

I publish most of my essays on Substack as part of my Substack newsletter, Meaningful Work Letters. That space also includes short notes, community conversations, and occasional announcements and events.

Some people subscribe and read along over time. Others simply visit now and then.

Both are welcome.

Orientation notes: Substack is where most of my writing continues to unfold. It exists to help you find your way into the broader ecosystem of reflection and conversation about life, work, meaning, and purpose.

I also occasionally publish essays on Medium about the mindset, principles, and philosophy of using mindfulness to find meaningful work.
